Marketing Coordinator

Part-Time or Full-Time | 20–30 hours


  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy for Engaging Disability With The Gospel and a separate strategy for our store Simply the Gospel
  • Create and develop strategies to reach 1,900+ PCA churches with the services and resources we offer
  • Create and develop strategies to promote and sell uniquely adapted products sold in our store, Simply the Gospel, designed for children, teens, and adults
  • Execute all aspects of the sales and marketing process: promotions to potential clients and customers, establish working relationships, represent at tradeshows, initiate sales calls, and ensure booking information is maintained
  • Create and implement grassroots initiatives for events, conferences, and sales initiatives
  • Execute social media campaigns, email marketing, and promotions to drive sales and engage guests
  • Work alongside other operations staff members to keep the website updated
  • Serve as a liaison for all website related issues, updates, and analytic reporting
  • Analyze marketing efforts and make adjustments based on findings
  • Perform other duties assigned by the executive director


  • Minimum of 3 years of responsible sales and/or marketing and event experience
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe design applications, database management, and internet research
  • Entrepreneurial spirit conducive to creating and implementing new initiatives
  • Maturity, humility, professionalism, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence and accuracy
  • A demonstrated commitment to individuals and families impacted by disability
  • Adhere to the Reformed view of the Christian faith
  • Ability to work from home, with a non-traditional schedule, and with occasional travel out-of-town and overnight


Engaging Disability With The Gospel offers a generous and comprehensive compensation and benefits package, commensurate with experience. All staff members are missionaries and responsible for raising financial support to cover their employment costs.
