Our goal in ministry is effective discipleship. Sometimes our kids, teens, and adults with disabilities exhibit challenging behaviors. How can you support unique behaviors so that all of your students grow and thrive together? This online training will challenge the way you think about behavior and how behavior is shaped and changed.
In this online training we will cover:
- Understanding behaviors as communication.
- Strategies for increasing functional communication and reducing problem behaviors.
- Positive learning supports that will benefit everyone in our churches.
