Every classroom is filled with unique personalities, energy levels, and learning styles—but how do we create an environment where every child can learn, grow spiritually, and build meaningful relationships? In this training, we’ll explore gospel-centered classroom management strategies that foster both spiritual formation and relational connection. From regulating big emotions to creating smooth transitions, we’ll focus on practical, grace-filled tools that promote a calm and engaging learning environment. We’ll also discuss how to recognize children who may need extra support—whether due to sensory differences, social challenges, or developmental delays—and how to shepherd their hearts with patience and wisdom. Sunday School and Day School teachers will leave equipped to guide their classrooms with confidence, compassion, and a vision for discipleship.
