As church leaders, we are called to shepherd, serve, and disciple every member of the body of Christ—including those with disabilities. But how do we recognize when someone may need additional support? And what can elders, deacons, and shepherding teams do to ensure that all members are known, valued, and engaged in the life of the church? This training will provide a clearer understanding of what disability can look like in the church, how to notice and respond well, and practical ways to foster belonging and discipleship in every aspect of congregational life.
